The BioSoft Toolbox® for Swine is a complete system (less ultrasound console) that includes image capturing hardware and software and a Windows-based image interpretation software program.  The image interpretation software allows the user to process captured images for loineye area, fat depth, and %IMF (intramuscular fat).  The results are stored in a tab delimited text file for easy access.  The software includes a technology fee for processing 500 animals.  A sturdy carrying case with foam padding, external mouse, and high-quality video cable for connecting to the ultrasound console are included with the system.

This is an optional configuration of the BioSoft Toolbox® for Swine. This option allows the end user to provide their own notebook computer. The component system includes the appropriate frame grabber, hardlock software protection device, BioSoft image capturing and storage software and an installation manual.
